Art Journal Every Day

I know Halloween was yesterday.
But I just wanted to post this page in the worst way.
Been in a very creative art journaling place lately-
not sure where my ideas are coming from but they are coming from a place
way way different than usual.
Who knows where my muse has rambled off into dragging me along with her-
but keep taking me there.
Its great.
And did you make the connection yet-
Welcome to November.
This year is flying and it will be the holidays before we know it.
I thought this week would fly too, but it has been slower than molasses and
way way way too busy at work.
I thought it would be a more mellow week-
but go figure.
Here's a background I've done. Not sure what, if anything, I'll add to this page.
Started with my Dylusion's sprayed ink background, then rubbed a stencil off to transfer some red paint onto this. Finally I used a die cut as a stencil and traced my shapes (Loving this Sizzix Moroccan line) which I then painted with some Martha Stewart pearl paint. Can't really make out the pearl in the photo, can you? Using that white pen I have been majorly addicted to lately I added the images by using my die cut as a stencil, and then I did a bit of coloring. Now I am ready to add, altered, or do nothing. Any which way, I really like how it looks right now.
So since its Friday I gotta ask if you have any big weekend plans?
You might think that's a set up for me telling you about some big plans, but alas, I don't have any, and that is really really exciting to me.
Quarter one wraps up today at school, so I do know there'll be some exams waiting for me to mark up with a red pen. Ugh.
No more for me right now, enough said.
Thanks for visiting.

What a fun piece of art for Halloween! My big plans are working and getting groceries. So exciting! I hope you don't have to use your red pen too much on those exams.
