Tea with Alice

Happy T Day everyone. Today is the coolest day we are suppose to have for the week because we are suppose to get a little rain. Otherwise it is like summer has arrived.
So being Tuesday it is time to stop by Elizabeth's blog Altered Book Lover  for a little T celebration. I have a journal page today celebrating not only T but Alice's journey into Wonderland. For some reason I had a really difficult time photographing this page and getting the colors to come out accurately.
I am also linking up to Art Journal Journey. This month's theme is journeys.  There's are so many different journeys, both real and imaginary, like my page, and there is still some time to link up.
Had a great trip to Boston with some of my kiddos yesterday. The museum was great and we had a nice lunch too. No time to get photos on the computer yet, but hopefully will have some for you tomorrow.
That's all for me. Enjoy your T day.

Wonderful page for your imaginary journey with Alice, great ideas, as always. The only journeys I take these days are imaginary ones! Have a happy T Day, hugs, Valerie

Alice's adventures look great on your page Erika.
I am excited about the Alice movie coming out later this month and I don't go to movie theaters that much anymore.
Happy T Day to you.
Here in the Wash DC area we will be going from March weather to humid and hot July weather by the end of the week. I was not unhappy with our cooler damp weather at all.

p.s. thank you again for a great theme this month my French Travel Journal is filling up nicely.

A very "timely" post, if I say so myself. Alice is once again in the news and I adore the tea pot and tarts. I really want to know what that clock is made of, though.

You are truly making an impression on AJJ, and I am very impressed with your journeys and your hosting abilities.

Thanks for sharing Alice and her teapot with us for T this Tuesday.

A great imaginary Alice "journey" page is this - you are ingenious and all your ideas for the theme are fantastic. I look forward to the Boston photos! Happy T-Day dear Erika!
Hope for us both to get the most beautiful peony blooms ever this year - I am curious what color they will have - I think mine will get white - but I am not quite sure - can't remember which color they should have as I bought them...lol.

Hi Erika! What a lovely journal page! I am soooo looking forward to the new movie coming out Friday... Thank you for the reminder! i notice that when my drawings, painting etc... have some black in them my camera and/or scanner does not handle it well no matter what i do. Very frustrating... You left a lovely comment and question on my tea post... The magazine is National Geographic. i found a whole bunch of them at the recycle center and have been enjoying browsing thru them... Happy happy Tday! Hugs! deb

I am happy to join Alice for tea today! what fun, so many things to enjoy in your art work--beautiful colors, and of course the references to the story. I could steal a tart right now...happy T day!

I adore your Alice journal page!! Who doesn't like Alice??? I would love to see this in real life, as I know how tricky getting a good photo can be.........some colors will NOT cooperate with the camera!

Thanks for the T-day visit and the lovely comment.
