A Yummy Fall Drink

Happy T day!
So a few weeks back the hubby and I went out to dinner with another couple we  know. We went to Nolan's, which makes delicious brick oven pizza. My friend Sherry got all excited because Pumpkin Martinis were back on the menu, and since I had never had one, I had to try one.
It  was more like liquid pumpkin pie for dessert since besides the alcohol it was made with pumpkin puree.. Yummy.
I am linking up to T for Tuesday on Bleubeard and Elizabeth's blog. Stop by for this week's T gang posts.
I also added the drink to one of my autumn journal pages.
Hope everyone gets to enjoy a big cup of T or whatever your favorite drink is.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Do they make virgin pumpkin martinis? If so, I'll have one. And brick oven pizza is my all time favorite, too.

Loved your art, and loved that your husband bought you flowers. He is a real keeper!

Thanks for sharing your art journal page and your pumpkin martini with us for T this week. It was a really unique drink, which I always like to see.

That sounds super interesting and yes- YUMMIE!
Great to draw a page as well as a nice memory to that special drink!!!Love how detailed and colorful your drawn pages are always!
Yesterday I have heard that it tastes delicious when you cover vanilla ice cream with pumpkin-seed-oil...
they said "heavenly"
I will try it soon...

You mentioned about the text on my page today ..
no I don't think much about the texts I add to pages - I often just take a text that I read online when I search for quotes etc. I notice it and from time to time I use from my collection.. no special thoughts...lol!
But the most things are fitting something in your life..for me at least - I find in every quote something related to me or my situation-
I wished I were able to be a poet..but I never find the right words - either in german nor in English!
Happy T-Day Erika!

This sounds really good and it looks delicious too! And I love all the colors in your page.

I hope things are moving closer toward your husband's surgery -- that must be so difficult to have to wait.

And thanks for your very kind comment today. Yes, a bit on the melancholy side, which will pass. But your good words help.

The pumpkin martini is very intriguing - but looks good.
Love your journal page, although sorry to see the worry about catching something - we always swear by plenty of garlic, onions and chilli in our food when we want to keep nasty things away and touch wood don't get many colds.
