It reminded me of when our Jack Russell Terrier trapped a skunk under my aunt's sold house, the day before the new owners moved in. I think my parents must have gone through tons of tomato juice and bloogy Mary mix to try to get the scent off -- especially before the new neighbors came to their stinky new house!Jeaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17482528482559445943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1034532151955863306.post-41164400477040297012018-03-01T15:29:52.374-05:002018-03-01T15:29:52.374-05:00Hahahaha! So glad to see Pete and laugh again about his little stinker incident, by coincidence I was telling my friend about it this morning over a cuppa ... lol 😀. We decided that it's a good job that we don't have skunks here as I think her dog would be over the moon to smell the same ...lol 😀. She's loving the snow at the moment - both eating it and rolling in it on our walk today (the dog not my friend ...lol 😉). I love your page, your skunk painting looks wonderful and those the night stars shining in the background are perfect too! Happy Wednesday! And dogs would like to take exactly this smell as their personal parfume-lol!
Dear Erika! You did an amazing after hosting month again - you rocked the February as well! Thank you so much for all your fantastic support for Art Journal Journey! You painted the skunk really in a way that we do not want to meet this little stinker, who looks cute but at the same time speak to us "do not come near to me"! Mr.Pete cannot believe this fact?
It is good that the skunk smell slowly disappears at the dog's coat, which now is a patchwork hair with black and brown color :)
I am very glad you enjoyed my theme and that you want to draw and paint more animals in the future!
Thank you for linking this fabulous entry to AJJ!
Wish you a happy day!
