Second on the Second

Hi everyone. Happy Thursday. I hope your October has started off nicely. We're having a bit of a cool off at my house, but it's supposed to warm up again this weekend.

Today is time for sharing your second look from an older blog post over at Bleubeard's and Elizabeth's blog. Since it's October and time for some fun Halloween art, I am going to show a page from last October that I made. Here's the original link up: October 15, 2024.

One thing I like about it is all the fun Halloween figures. Another thing I like about it is that the longer I look at it, the more figures I see. The vampire especially with his black cloak took me a minute to spot, even though I made the page and remember adding him. ๐Ÿ˜

I'll also remind you that this month Elle is hosting at Art Journal Journey and her theme is Halloween, Steampunk or Steampunk Halloween.

I'm keeping this post short since I'm off for a couple of early appointments this morning. Have a super day!

  7. I was sure I left a comment earlier when I read your second look, but if I had it would have shown up by now. For the life of me, I had NO idea why I didn't leave a comment on the original post until I found a post I created for AJJ on the 12th of Oct last year. It appears Blogger was acting up and I was unable to leave comments. Instead, I sent e-mails to those whose e-mails I found.

I immediately saw the vampire even before you mentioned him. You used a LOT of different stamps and created man, many unique characters for this journal page. Thanks so much for sharing your second look on the 2nd, Erika.

  10. What a super cool Halloween gang! You've made each one of these characters from different artists really feel like they all belong together! Love that dark background to make them pop out too!
