T Stands for My Messy Art Table

Happy T Day ladies! Another Tuesday has arrived. I can't say it's been a very exciting week for me (since last T Day) as the weather has kept me mostly inside.  And even though I had a lot of art time, you can see I didn't spend any time cleaning up the mess on my work table. :)
I managed to drink a Diet Coke or 2 over the past week while I played  which you can see on my work table.
I am also linking another journal page to Art Journal Journey.  My hosting goal this month is to try to post a page every day. That's a big adventure and would be a nice accomplishment to start the year. Here you can see the page I was working on  while I enjoyed that Diet Coke.
My page is all about the adventures of being home.
I added some gloss media over the window on my page and that was a big mistake. I couldn't get a decent photo without any glare.

And I know I need an apostrophe on the word winters in my quote too. But there was no sticker that worked.
I  digitally cropped down the unfinished page from my first photo so you can see the art outside of the window a little better. The tree was outlined using a mask and then painted. The snow was also painted on, and I added a little die cut snowman.
Stop by    Bleubeard and Elizabeth's blog   to see what the T Gang has been up to, and please feel free to join us with your drink related post.
Wishing you all a fantastic T day.

  3. Your desk is so tidy compared to mine. the joy of being home on a Winter's Day. Hoping the 50 degree weather hurries up so the little bird can sing while the snowman melts! :-D Love that little bird, he's so cute. Happy T Day!

  9. Wow, I just love, love, love this page! It reminds me of the frosty photo you showed in an earlier post of your kitchen window screen 😁. The colours and design are fabulous and the cup with the steam is amazing! I like how you used the gloss media to create the glass finish and the cheery snowman outside is perfect 😉. That little bird looks so cute chirping away too! Wishing you a very Happy T Day! J 😊
p.s. thanks for your lovely comments on my blog, you are very kind! J x

  11. I apologize for being so late. I've had internet woes and just got back online. I love your two-fer. It is not only appropriate for your theme at Art Journal Journey, it is a gorgeous example of art relevant to T Tuesday, too. Thanks beyond belief for sharing this with us for both challenges today, dear.

  12. Me again ... Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog, you are very kind! I like your style of having 3 guesses ...lol 😉 ... the moose was bought at the Fryeberg Fair in Maine, the cabinet is one that we up-cycled from a charity shop and the wall hanging was a birthday present ...lol 😀. My gift was the Big Shot die cutting machine, I've never used one before so I've been watching YouTube a lot ...lol 😉. Thanks again, Happy T Day and have a great week! J 😊 x

  13. Oh the joys of being able to stay home when the weather is atrocious! You've really had bad weather over your way. (I read your other posts)
I enjoyed reading your post where you list the books you have read. I would like to copy that idea if you don't mind. I have been ill and during that time I have read at least 10 books. Most of which were stonking good! So good that I would love to share the titles.
Wishing you and your family a very happy (and healthy) 2018,
    Happy T-Day,
    Lisca

  15. Erika, the reflection of gloss gel over the window doesn't bother me at all. It looks very real! Also, your cuppa looks like it's steaming!!

I love everything about this page - little birdie on the sill, steaming hot cuppa, snowman in the yard ...

It's nice that you know how to appreciate "snow days." I always saw them as gifts when I was teaching.

Good luck with your goal as hostess at AJJ!

    Happy T-day! Hugs, Eileen
