Hi everyone. It's Friday the 14th, which means it's Valentine's Day. Although I love the shape of hearts, I'm really not into celebrating this holiday. However, I'll still wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day because the world can definitely use a lot more love in it. ❤
It's time for Friday Face Off over at Nicole's blog and also time for Friday Lunch Break over at Gillena's blog. Today I have a few more views from my snowy owl hunt/beach walk that I went on last Friday with a friend. Sadly we never saw any owls, but we still had a nice walk and saw a bit of wildlife. If you're interested in my other post about this walk, you can check out my post from Monday.
Here's a few faces from that walk for Friday Face off.
...have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy your weekend, too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day, Erika. It's looking mighty brisk there -- but blue sky!

We don't celebrate it either... my husband didn't even realize it was Valentine's day today.

ReplyDeleteLovely photos, Erika. You don't celebrate it, but Happy Valentine's Day, my friend.
ReplyDeleteWe don't celebrate Valentine's Day either, I think love is needed and should be celebrated every day. Nevertheless, a happy Valentine's Day to you. The photos from your beach walk are lovely, these are the kind of things I like to take pictures of as well. I hope you'll have a gorgeous weekend, Erika. Hugs - Carola
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine’s Day to you even if you don’t do much to celebrate. Your beach walk photos are lovely.
ReplyDeleteWe celebrate the same way every year: by AVOIDING the over=crowded restaurants! And eating some chocolate (though not specifically Valentine chocolate)… though we often celebrate ordinary days just the same way.

ReplyDeleteWow, what amazing photos! There is so much going on even in the colder temps, isn't there? Hope you have a nice day out with hubby and Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. It's been a long time since I've been to Salisbury. I hope you and your hubby enjoyed your day off. I hope you don't get buried in snow. Sounds more like sleet and ice down here. Take care.
ReplyDeleteI love the bird faces. You have taken so many interesting photos. They are fabulous. Thank you for sharing with FFO.
ReplyDeleteI love the different colors the rust, algae, wood and stone make in that environment. Stuff always manages to grow and thrive, lol. Hope you had a great adventure with hubby and good weekend. xoxo
ReplyDeleteBelated best wishes for Valentines Day.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
You have some very interesting photos on here today. I looked at the third one of the sea and thought how it would make a nice background for. some future work. But then as I wandered down there were others which sprang to mind as well.
ReplyDeleteThe second, third and fifth from your other walk has some gorgeous colours and textures with the wood and rust, such interesting photography.
Hugs, Neet xx
