Hi everyone. I'm back today with art for a couple of challenges. First of all, I have this collaged page for Wendy's Having Fun challenge at Art Journal Journey. These ladies look like they are having a lot of fun on their tropical cruise. The photo is a little fuzzy so here is a clearer smaller version.
This is a page out of my Florida travel journal. I didn't go on a cruise but it fits since so many cruises leave out of southern Florida.
I used part of a tourist travel map as well as my boarding pass. I added the TH ladies, a cloth suitcase sticker, a plastic shell sticker, a couple of paper word stickers and well as well as some orange paint dots.
And I also have an Industrial themed tag for the new challenge over at Tag Tuesday.
Don't you love the crazy guy? I just picked up this stamp set from Stamperia because the man made me smile, and then this challenge came up and this image is perfect. So hurrah for getting to use this funny guy for this challenge.
The quote is a stamp I've had forever and I can't say I know who made it. But I am guessing it sounds like something from River City Rubber Works.
That's all for me today. Hope everyone is having or has a great day!
And thanks for visiting also.

Two fantastic pieces of art, love the page with the girls and the tag is wonderful. The colours on both are amazing. Both just right for Art Journal Journey and Tag Tuesday. Thank you for sharing with us on both of these challenges.
Bon voyage, ladies! Your page captures all the excitement of going on vacation. I absolutely love your Industrial themed tag. That guy is wicked and I love that quote! Enjoy the sunshine today
Both pieces are gorgeous, but the fun tag really cracked me up with that great gent and the fantastic quote. Thanks so much for joining us again at Tag Tuesday, much appreciated. Hugs, Valerie
I <<<<>>>> your super fun and fancy cruise collage and the terrific tag ! This image and the words are hilarious! Thank you so much for yet another
FUN☻☺☺TASTIC entry for Art Journal Journey dear Erika!
Hope you had a wonderful day!
Hugs, Susi
Wonderful collage, Erika - they do look as if they're having fun :-) Can't say a cruise is my idea of fun, but maybe when I can't walk as far, I'll think so, lol. I didn't know lots of cruises began in Florida - interesting. My parents had a villa there, so the whole family went regularly.
Love your new stamp - he's so much fun :-) Brilliant words, too. I like the colouring, especially the pink bits - great job on the white shirt, too ;-)
Happy Wednesday!

Great artwork. And I laughed at the words on the second piece. And he is a fascinating looking guy. Great stamp. :-)
Your Art Journal Journey entry had me jumping for joy. I adore how you recycled so many things in this entry. It made me feel good how scraps and items you picked up on your trip were used to such a great advantage. I love the colors, too. Thanks for sharing this beauty with us at Art Journal Journey, dear Erika.
I also liked your industrial tag. It's SO sad that once the sisters who owned River City Rubber were forced to move, they never recovered and appear to have gone belly up. So glad you reminded me of that place that holds a special place in my heart.
BTW, you asked about the paper dolls I shared awhile back. They are NOT the found relatives, but the TH paper dolls. I bought two sets at different times, and they were probably from the second set. Sorry I didn't answer sooner.
Those vintage ladies look like my fifth grade teacher! Love it. And also your crazy guy~!
Its a wonderful travel journal page Erika and the ladies do look like they will be enjoying themselves.
Your tag and quote is awesome, those stamps look fantastic.
Have a super day.

I like both pieces but your industrial themed tag is my favourite - it's brilliant!
All the best Jan
Awesome Tag, I just love your new stamp too, a great buy.
Thank you so much for playing along in our challenge at Tag Tuesday xx
Wow Erika! Great twofer!! I love the journal page with the happy ladies! I am still giggling at your tag and the funny sentiment!! Chrisx
Your adventure page from the Florida travel journal looks very pretty with these three ladies and all the beautiful details!
I had to smile about this quote on your industrial tag!
Big Hugs, Rike
I had such a laugh at your tag - love it! Both art works are great, but the stamps and the saying on the tag really appeal to me.
That tag is great - I am sure you smiled all the while you were making it.
Likewise the page from your Florida Travel Journal - yes, those ladies sure look as if they are having fun. Great background to the page and the addition of the suitcase and shell etc really make it pop!
Hugs, Neet xx
