Hi everyone. Hope all is well.
Today I have a vintage style garden page for you. I layered some old images as well as a bookpage from a vintage garden catalogue. I also used some modeling past and a hexagon stencil. Afterwards I painted them a couple of shades of yellow and stamped a couple of little bees. I also drew and colored a few veggies which I cut out and added to the page. Finally I added the words using some small letter stickers.
I am linking up to Halle's Stitch in Time challenge at Art Journal Journey. There's still some time in June this fun challenge with either sewing or somethin to do with time.

Great page! I had cauliflower last week. Every day, as Hubby doesn´t like it. I´ll take a break from that ;-)

Now, this is really an easier way to garden, Erika, with no outside work especially on these hot days! I liked the vintage photo you selected too.
Oh Erika! This post has made me smile! I too had a reputation for my laugh! I used to get folk from other classes peeping in my ever open door to see why we were all laughing so much, usually with a comment 'We heard you laughing miss!' I was also towered over by the teens I had in some classes - which used to amuse some! I also look younger now than I used to - I think it's down to weight loss, clothes and hairstyle!
I have never heard of a 'roast' though - other than a way to cook meat and veg!!
School of Rock is a good all age film!
