Hi everyone. Happy Saturday. Today I thought I'd share another art page for Chris' Spring Forward challenge at Art Journal Journey.
This page isn't a very complex one because in the homemade journal I'm working in I had inserted this piece of bunny paper as one of the pages.
Sometimes printed papers are hard to work with, but I decided to add some more white bunnies. I really liked this background paper and didn't want to take away from it all. I stamped these bunnies with an old Impression Obsession set and then fussy cut them. To make a place for them on the page I cut this small framed rose image out of a sheet of printed paper. I added the bunnies, and then I stamped the rabbit phrase.
And that's all there is to this page.
And to wrap up this post, let me share a few more photos of my very spring pink tulips. They definitely make me happy. And they are really opening up now.
Have a great start to your weekend.
I love bunnies and those flowers are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteWell, I adore rabbits so of course I LOVE your bunnies page! And I just recently became aware of the term "fussy cut" (where have I been?) and it is so perfectly descriptive! Gorgeous tulips too.
ReplyDeleteYour tulips are lovely. After a brief introduction to spring we got hit with 7 cm of snow yesterday and there is more in the forecast today. Boo hoo! All the best - David
ReplyDelete...I'm not a fan of bunnies in my garden!!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet Spring page! For our begin of Spring I have a fun (sadly German) video on 20th.
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, the flowers! Hugs and to a great weekend! Too cold here still...
Such a refreshing Spring page, as are those Tulips. Short visit building up energy still!

ReplyDeleteWhat a charming page. The added white bunnies fit beautifully with the background paper, and the framed rose gives the layout a nice focal point. Those pink tulips look wonderful too, a perfect touch of spring to finish off the page.

ReplyDeleteWow -- those tulips are really opening up fantastically!
ReplyDeleteMy eye is drawn to the lovely framed rose in the center. I like the way the bunnies give the page a more playful and less formal look. Enjoy your weekend!
