Hi everyone. The last couple of days have been like summer and all signs of the snow we got a couple of weeks ago are gone. :)
Today it is going to cool off and rain. But I think spring has really arrived here in New Hampshire, so its OK to rain since April showers bring May flowers, as the cliche goes.
So today I have a page for Moo Mania. The latest challenge is Egypt. It was a lot of fun to make a page out of my ordinary.
I am also linking up to Art Journal Journey. This month Hazel is hosting and her fun theme is Magical Mystery Tour. I think traveling back to Ancient Egypt would would a really magic tour.
My page is made with some Paper Artsy Infusions, a bunch of stamped images and then the Anubis figure cut out of an Egyptian playing card.
Today is the last day of third quarter at school. 3/4 of the way through the year. Its always exciting to get to this point of the year-with the arrival of spring and summer lurking just a few months away.
Hope everyone is having a great week.

Wonderful page, Egypt is a great theme. Glad your weather is perking up, hope it stays that way. Hugs, Valerie
Wow, your page is fabulous.
Thank you for joining us at MOO MANIA & MORE
Exotic page. I like the wings. Wouldn't that make a great shawl/wrap?
Oh wow. I had NO idea about this theme at Moo Mania. So glad you shared this and the incredible Egypt page. I adore it, because it actually reminds me of Egypt.
Only one more 1/4 to go and school will be out for summer. I know you can make it, and it sounds like you don't really mind these kids, either.
Just saw your question about the sandwich. I have to laugh, because someone always asks when I show it. It is much more than art. All my furniture is real wood (most of which is quartersawn oak, to be exact), and the sandwich is composed of coasters to keep the wood from getting stained with water spots. Thanks for asking.
This is so beautiful! I love this infusions background that fits the ancient Egypt motifs so well! Great that you are with us at Moo Mania & More! Much appreciated dear Erika and great to
combine it with AJJ as well... that is perfect!
Great that spring has sprung now so well!
It's good for the soul I think ... here as well! My daughter forced me to make extensive cycling tours yesterday and today - they have Easter holidays this week - I feel totally used up, but quite happy!

a nice page. Love the layout and colors used :)
Amazing Egyptian page! The background is beautiful and is so well thought out as it is the perfect setting for your Egypt treasures :-) . You have some great stamps, the camels walking over the undulating dunes are my favourite and brought a smile to me face! Happy Thursday and wishing you a lovely Easter break! J :-)
Love this page, nice composition and bold graphics. xox
Love this -- I would dearly love to travel to Egypt but the world is too dangerous right now. I do love your page and the images you have used.

I really like your Egypt page, Erika. Nice layers and I like the way you wrote (or the font you used) for the word Egypt. The colors are perfection!
A wonderful page, I love the infusion background and the images are fabulous.
xxx Hazel.
