Diversity

Hi everyone.  It's the middle of the week already. Wow.  The weather has been gorgeous here, what I think of as real spring. Blue skies and warm temperatures, but not too hot.  And everything is greening up too.
I love it!
So today I have a spread from my nature journal.  I made it with some stenciling, stamping and some die cut butterflies. Perfect for the latest challenge at Try It On Tuesday which is stencil/die cuts or both.
And I am also linking up to Jo's Flora and Fauna challenge at  Art Journal Journey Lots of fauna in my page today.
And speaking of beautiful blue sky days, I have another Japan view for you today.
It's Mount Fuji.
As seen from a speeding bullet train., the Shinkansen. We thought it would be just a little blip on the horizon, not this huge mountain.
We were thrilled that it wasn't cloudy.
Hope you have some blue skies and sunshine in your world today.

Beautiful page! I like the contrast between the pages. A lot of white space on the left and a lot to see on the right. Beautiful.

Amazing pages! You designed them beautifully with all the Fauna and isn't this time of year wonderful with all the lush green leaves sprouting, it makes me happy too 😁. I love the stencilling especially the green beetle background that you created and those black die cut butterflies with the gold hearts look so elegant too! Wow, I'm so pleased you got clear skies to see Mount Fuji, it looks so majestic in your wonderful photos 😀. I love this beautiful journal spread. It is gorgeous and truly speaks of spring. I am impressed with all the bugs, bees, butterflies and crickets you chose to use. Diversity at its best. Thanks for sharing it at Art Journal Journey today.

I saw the photo of Mount Fuji and knew immediately what it was. I have lots of pictures in books of it. I have heard it is overpowering. You got some great shots from the train.

We skipped spring, and jumped into summer out here in the midwest..90s most of the week. Whew. Enjoy the lower temperatures while you can. :) It will be headed your way soon enough.

The bees and butterfly page is so spring-like and pretty. And, what a great photo of Mt Fuji. It almost looks like something in a dream.
