T Stands for No Drink Photos Last Week?

Hi everyone. It's the first week of February and time for T once again over at Bleubeard's and Elizabeth's blogFebruary in my area started off with a little bit of snow. And cold, and then a little more snow.

But the weather people are saying milder temperatures  as this week moves on. I'm hoping we have some days in the 20's (degree  F) with no wind which to me is perfect winter temperatures. 👍

Last week wasn't a bad week with one very cold day. I went to the movies  that day with some friends to see the  Bob Dylan film The Complete Unknown starring Timothy Chalamet. I really liked it.

I had a small bag of popcorn  and water for lunch while at the movie, but did I remember to take a photo? Ha ha, no.

I also went into  Boston one day with my husband as he had to have some tests done at Mass General Hospital (all results were good 👍). It was a quick trip. We went in, he had his tests, and we left. We stopped for lunch on the way home, and I had this fried fish sandwich as well as some onion rings for lunch. BUT I noticed I didn't get my drink into the photo I took before I ate. Oh boy.

I also made another Lego, and my drink didn't make it into those photos either.

You would think, with all the drinks one has in a week, I would remember to take a photo. 😏 Well finally Saturday I did. My husband and I went out to run some errands, and we stopped for a late lunch/early dinner at a local chain called the 99.

I had this fajita bowl, with some carne asada (steak) on it. It's like a hot salad with beans, rice, roasted corn, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, peppers and onions. They served Pepsi products, so I had a Diet Pepsi which you can see in this photo. All this food is making me hungry.

And other than a couple of other appointments, some art time, and a bit of snow shoveling, and of course reading time, that was my week. I hope yours was great, and that you always have a super T day and week ahead.

All your meals look tempting, especially the fajitas!

That is quite some snow and looks absolutely beautiful, Erika. I especially like the third photo. Fried fish sandwich and onion rings sound good, too. I don't think I've ever had fajita bowl, here fajitas are usually served sizzling hot on a hot iron skillet. It's been ages since I had fajitas the last time. Have a happy T day and a good week. Hugs - Carola

I love that steak salad! Gosh, heavy snow...it's freezing over here, but no snow and we even got some sunshine in the afternoon.

You certainly packed a lot into your week. Most impressive, especially the Lego kitty!

Your fajita bowl is making me hungry. Thanks for sharing your week, fish sandwich, fajita bowl, and diet Pepsi with us for T this almost Tuesday, dear Erika.

Melbourne has settled on 38c each day this week, until tonight when the Change arrived. Help yourself to all our excess :)

Where are the Bob Dylans , the Pete Seegers, the Joan Baezs - and so on, today? Trump and Musk are tearing your country apart, and destroying your reputation abroad, and there’s barely a hint of protest. The streets should be flooded.

I love your Maneki Neko Lego cat. Glad to hear your hubby got good test results from his trip to MGH. Enjoy warm and sunshine today as more snow is on the way Thursday and maybe the weekend. Happy T Day

Before I forget, have you ever heard about a flow hive? I read about them here: https://www.malone.news/i/156215910/the-bees-knees . Don't know the cost, tho. Looks expensive. Well, that fish sannich looks tasty! But that fajita bowl... I recognize the jalapenos, corn and guac, but that meat looks nothing like our fajita meat down here. Always interests me the differences in food preps. Glad hubby's tests went well and you got to bust outta weather jail for awhile. Looks like most of us having a yo-yo temp week. We are so humid, highs in 70's and lows in 60's right now. And dear lord, supposed to hit 80 Saturday but then another weak cool front following it. I miss the 50's/40's and even the 60's/50s. Just praying the skeeters and flying bugs do not re-emerge yet. Ugh, xoxo

So glad your hubby's tests were good.

Your food all looks great and so glad you got a drink in one of the pictures. The fajita bowl looks fabulous.

I am so impressed you do lego projects. That one is so cute. I want to see that movie too.

Oh too much snow, I hope it melts soon! I would like to see that movie too, it looks pretty good. And I immediately googled that lucky cat to add to my collection but luckily for me it is out of stock as I have a no buying resolution in place for this year. Happy T Day!

I'm glad your husband's results were OK.
Oh boy, what a lot of snow! It looks lovely, but I know from experience that it is cold.
I think A Complete Unknown has been released in the UK toio as it is being advertised on TV. Although I was never a great Bob Dylan fan I would like to see the film. I had a friend in Minneapolis (she sadly died) and it was their claim to fame that he came from near there.
The food looks delicious. And I like your LEGO creation. (Isn't it fun to play with LEGO).
Happy belated T-Day,
Lisca

Your snow is beautiful, and food looks yummy. Some of our ladies were working 3-D puzzles at our recent church craft day. It was really for children, but looked difficult for me! Happy t day.

Just having had a bowl of cereal for breakfast I do not know why but your fajita bowl is making me hungry. It sounds delicious
I'm impressed by your lego building skills. Very clever indeed.
But the snow! That looks deep. I do like to look at it on your photos but I don't want to venture out into it unless I am well wrapped up and wearing fur lined boots.
Stay warm and cosy
Hugs, Neet xx
