A Little Seashore

I think we can all use a little seashore on an occasion. To me nothing is better than an almost empty beach!
I'd much rather be out for a beach walk than into school today, that is for certain!
Seems like a million years ago but back on on my mini-road trip get away I managed to squeeze in a short little beach walk at Ferry beach in Scarborough, Maine.  ( It wasn't even 2 weeks ago, oh my!) It was a little chilly, and the beach was pretty empty.
 ;)
I got a few photos which I liked enough to show you today.
The sky has this interesting not cloudy but almost cloudy look to it.

The tide was never low enough to walk up any closer to this old rusty channel marker. I wish I could have gotten some closer views, as it looked pretty interesting.

There were lots of shell bits on the beach. I kind of like the bits and pieces!
So the week is winding down. I have another late night tonight at work- big frown- but at least I should be able to do some of my work during this one. (It is just an open house for potential 8th graders to visit and check us out as they think about where they want to go next year for high school. I am just manning a post, not running the show.)
But thankfully tomorrow is Friday and then it is another weekend!
Make your day a good one!
And thanks for visiting.

Wonderful photos, nothing nicer than a walk along the beach. I have to make do here with the shore of the Rhine, but it's not bad. Hope the day goes by quickly for you! Hugs, Valerie
