Something fun today. A stenciled pattern background as well as the heart patterned washi tape stripe.
I am sure everyone has been both the babbler and the poor person stuck listening to the babbler at some point in their lives.

Fun page. Been there. Mostly, I'm the figure with the back to the view trying to sneak away without being noticed. 😺
One of many reasons I avoid gatherings whenever I can! A fabulous array of rosy and red hues on your patterned page, and the heart washi tape has won my heart!

This is fabulous Erika, love the stencilling. I couldn't stop smiling looking at this because this morning we were sitting having breakfast looking at our garden and watching the birds and having a laugh...I think I was waffling on about this and that and then asked Dave did he think different birds could talk to each other and he replied 'its starting to go in one ear and out the other now' blah blah blah.......... we did laugh though :)

That's a great pattern for a background, it would make a lovely material pattern as well. They were having a good conversation by the look of this fantastic page, I wounder what they were saying.

Yes, I know only too well how uncomfortable one can be in a situation like this. Especially at a drinks party. I wonder if this picture of yours also says "two's company, three's a crowd". Great drawings of the figures too. Another super example for us to draw inspiration from.
